Origin Story
Sorella, meaning sister in Italian, reflects our commitment to uplifting women in coffee. This coffee represents our passion for supporting female producers, celebrating their resilience, and championing their role in shaping stronger communities through their craft.
This single-origin gem is cultivated in the mist-veiled highlands of San Alberto, Colombia, by the women of EMURSA, a collective founded in 2015 that has grown from 22 to 28 dedicated farmers. Nestled within the lush biodiversity of TAMA National Natural Park, their farms thrive without chemical fertilisers, relying instead on organic practices born of both necessity and conviction. With every harvest, EMURSA moves closer to official organic certification, unlocking fairer prices and well-deserved recognition for their craft.
In the cup, Sorella is a harmonious balance of elegance and boldness. Notes of dark chocolate truffle create a velvety foundation, lifted by the crisp brightness of Granny Smith apple. The experience lingers into a clean, cocoa-kissed finish, a true reflection of the care and intention behind every bean.
Each bag of Sorella directly supports female coffee growers and their families, fuelling community growth and sustainable futures.
By choosing this coffee, you are not just savouring an exceptional brew. You are joining a movement.
